ANÁLISE DAS OBRIGAÇÕES TRABALHISTAS E SOCIAIS DA CONVENÇÃO COLETIVA DE TRABALHO DOS EMPREGADOS DE COOPERATIVAS DE CRÉDITO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar as obrigações trabalhistas e sociais da convenção de categoria dos empregados de Cooperativas de Créditos do estado do Rio Grande do Sul (RS), trazendo todos os direitos, obrigações trabalhistas e sociais, assim, contabilizando-as e obtendo um profundo conhecimento dos custos gerados pelo funcionário da empresa. Apresenta abordagem qualitativa, de natureza aplicada, argumentando interesses locais e assim tornando a pesquisa mais compreensiva. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva visando analisar de forma escrita as operações da empresa, havendo levantamento bibliográfico realizando a partir de material já elaborado. Assim sendo, há estudo de caso, possibilitando um maior aprofundamento de conhecimento do assunto baseado em situações da vida real. Foram utilizados métodos estatísticos e financeiros para contabilizar e analisar se a mesma está pagando os encargos sociais e trabalhistas conforme a lei estabelece. Nos resultados serão apresentadas as informações coletadas na empresa e por fim desenvolvida a conclusão que responde aos objetivos propostos.

Abstract:
The objective of this research was to analyze the labor and social obligations of the category convention of employees of Credit Cooperatives of the state of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), bringing all the rights, labor and social obligations, thus accounting for them and obtaining a in-depth knowledge of the costs generated by the company's employee. It presents a qualitative approach, of an applied nature, arguing local interests and thus making the research more comprehensive. This is a descriptive research aiming to analyze in writing the company's operations, with a bibliographic survey carried out from material already prepared. Therefore, there is a case study, allowing for a deeper understanding of the subject and based on real life situations. Statistical and financial methods were used to account for and analyze whether it is paying social and labor charges as established by law. In the results will be presented the information collected in the company and finally developed the conclusion that responds to the proposed objectives.
