ANÁLISE DAS MANIFESTAÇÕES PATOLÓGICAS NO PROCESSO CONSTRUTIVO EM ALVENARIA ESTRUTURAL DE BLOCO CERÂMICO.
RESUMO: A alvenaria estrutural é um dos métodos construtivos tradicionais mais utilizados desde os primórdios e o elemento estrutural pode ser composto por blocos cerâmicos ou de concreto. Ademais, como toda técnica construtiva, a existência de erros nas etapas de projetos e execução podem ocasionar problemas futuros, entre esses, as manifestações patológicas. Objetivos: Descrever as etapas de execução de alvenaria estrutural, constatar e investigar a ação patológica após a execução. Analisar em uma cerâmica a fabricação de blocos e suas funções. Visitar obras que utilizem este tipo de alvenaria. Material e métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório. Visitou-se uma empresa que fabrica blocos cerâmicos e quatro obras em municípios no estado de Sergipe que estavam exercendo construção de alvenaria estrutural com bloco cerâmico no período de setembro a novembro de 2015. Resultados: Das quatro obras, foi constatado que a do município de Aracaju não foi eficaz na etapa de compatibilização de projeto e que o material utilizado necessitou ser substituído a fim de evitar fissuração. No outro município, Barra dos Coqueiros, foi evidenciada a manisfestação de eflorescência devido a umidade local. Em relação a obra de Itabaiana, o traço na marcação da alvenaria foi aplicado de maneira ineficaz. Na obra do município de Frei Paulo foi observada falha no preenchimento do encontro de paredes, destarte, não se obteve êxito no grauteamento. Conclusão: Pode-se constatar que as principais falhas foram decorrentes de mão de obra desqualificada, assim como, o processo construtivo em alvenaria estrutural de bloco cerâmico necessita de rigorosa fiscalização em todas as etapas de execução.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Structural masonry is one of the traditional construction methods most used since the beginning and the structural element can be composed of ceramic or concrete blocks. Furthermore, as with any constructive technique, the existence of errors in the design and execution stages can cause future problems, including pathological manifestations. Objectives: Describe the stages of structural masonry execution, verify and investigate the pathological action after the execution. Analyze the manufacture of blocks and their functions in a ceramic. Visit works that use this type of masonry. Material and methods: This is a descriptive and exploratory study. We visited a company that manufactures ceramic blocks and four works in municipalities in the state of Sergipe that were carrying out structural masonry construction with a ceramic block in the period from September to November 2015. Results: Of the four works, it was found that the one in the municipality of Aracaju was not effective in the project compatibility stage and that the material used needed to be replaced in order to avoid cracking. In the other municipality, Barra dos Coqueiros, there was a manifestation of efflorescence due to local humidity. Regarding the work of Itabaiana, the line in the marking of the masonry was applied ineffectively. In the work of the municipality of Frei Paulo, a failure to fill the wall meeting was observed, therefore, the grouting was not successful. Conclusion: It can be seen that the main failures were due to unskilled labor, as well as the construction process in structural masonry of ceramic block requires strict inspection in all stages of execution.
