ANÁLISE DA SAÚDE NO ÂMBITO SOCIAL: UMA VISÃO DO ALTO DO MANDÚ
Objetivos: Abordar a importância da integralidade do cuidado a fim de obter o bem-estar de saúde coletivo e associar com a realidade social da comunidade. Metodologia: Estudo realizado por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica. Resultados: A integralidade do cuidado é uma ferramenta que deve estar presente no cenário da saúde, o qual reflete ações voltadas ao ser humano e engloba conceitos sobre o efeito do cuidado na sociedade. De maneira geral, o ato de cuidar significa preservar, guardar, ajudar aos outros, e tudo isso está presente no ser humano. É fácil identificar a falta de cuidado em várias áreas da sociedade, por exemplo, no Alto do Mandú e associar o contexto local a situações do dilema ético. Isso torna reflexo de um sintoma da crise civilizacional relacionado ao descaso da coisa pública, são questões sobre infraestrutura e mobilidade, que necessitam da organização das práticas envolvidas. Conclusão: Sabe-se que para melhorar as situações persistentes, seja no Alto do Mandú ou em outras comunidades, é necessária a conscientização e participação dos moradores, pois, além de procurarem seus direitos também irão exercer seus deveres.

Abstract:
Objectives: To address the importance of comprehensive care in order to achieve collective health well-being and to associate with the social reality of the community. Methodology: Study conducted through a literature review. Results: Comprehensive care is a tool that should be present in the health scenario, which reflects actions aimed at the human being and encompasses concepts about the effect of care on society. In general, caring means preserving, keeping, helping others, and all this is present in the human being. It is easy to identify carelessness in various areas of society, for example in Top of Mandú and to associate the local context with situations of ethical dilemma. This reflects a symptom of the civilizational crisis related to the neglect of public affairs, questions about infrastructure and mobility, which need the organization of the practices involved. Conclusion: It is known that to improve persistent situations, whether in Top of Mandú or other communities, it is necessary to raise awareness and participation of residents, because, in addition to seeking their rights will also exercise their duties.
