ANÁLISE DA COMPLETUDE DE PRESCRIÇÕES MÉDICAS EM DIVERSAS CIDADES DO TERRITÓRIO BRASILEIRO: UMA REVISÃO RETROSPECTIVA
A prescrição médica é o principal instrumento de comunicação entre prescritor e o usuário, a qual tem por finalidade propor o melhor tratamento farmacoterapêutico. Entretanto, pode ser classificada como fonte de risco à saúde do paciente, devido a ilegibilidade e incompletude presente na mesma. Diante disto, o objetivo do presente estudo foi realizar um levantamento de artigos que tratem dos principais erros presentes em receitas, bem como as principais consequências e riscos à vida que essa incompletude pode surtir. Foram realizadas pesquisas de artigos científicos nas bases de dados do SCIELO, EBSCO e LILACS, compreendendo o período de 2011 a 2019. Os resultados mostraram-se incoerentes com a legislação, pois apresentaram uma alta taxa de ausência das variáveis, como a identificação do paciente, do prescritor, do medicamento e a presença de ilegibilidade. Mediante disto, surge a necessidade da sensibilização dos profissionais no ato de prescrever, a importância da análise da prescrição e fornecimento de informações ao paciente pelo profissional farmacêutico no ato da aviação, como também a implantação de sistemas para receitas digitalizadas.

Abstract:
The medical prescription is the main communication tool between the prescriber and the user, which aims to propose the best pharmacotherapeutic treatment. However, it can be classified as a source of risk to the patient's health, due to the illegibility and incompleteness presente in the same. In view of this, the aim of this study was to carry out a survey of articles that deal with the main errors present in recipes, as well as the main consequences and risks to life that this incompleteness can bring. Were realized searches for scientific articles in the databases of the SCIELO, EBSCO and LILACS, covering the period from 2011 to 2019. The results were inconsistent with the legislation, because they presented a high rate of absence of the variables, like patient identification, of the prescriber, of the medicine and the presence of illegibility. For this reason, there is a need to sensitize professionals in the act of prescribing, the importance of prescription analysis and provision of information to the patient by the pharmacist in the act of aviation, as well as the implementation of systems for digitized recipes.
