ANÁLISE CINESIOLÓGICA QUALITATIVA DO MOVIMENTO DOS MEMBROS SUPERIORES NO VOLEIBOL: MANCHETE
Este presente estudo teve como
objetivos investigar e descrever através de uma
análise cinesiológica qualitativa o movimento
manchete do voleibol. A pesquisa é um estudo
qualitativo, analítico observacional de campo. A
partir desta pesquisa conclui se que na execução
da manchete foram identificados os movimentos
de protração e elevação das escapulas, rotação
externa e flexão dos ombros, extensão dos
cotovelos, extensão dos punhos, adução dos
polegares, flexão dos dedos e extensão das
falanges.

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate
and describe, through a qualitative kinesiological
analysis, the dig skill of volleyball. The research
is a field study, qualitative, analytical and
observational. From this research we can
observe that in the execution of the dig were
identified the movements of protraction and
elevation of the scapulae, external rotation
and flexion of the shoulders, extension of the
elbows, extension of the wrists, adduction of the
thumbs, flexion of the fingers and extension of
the phalanges.
