ALIMENTACIÓN INFANTIL EN EL NOROESTE DE MÉXICO: UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL ÁMBITO ESCOLAR Y FAMILIAR
La presente investigación es una aportación a la antropología alimentaria, sociología y etnografía de la política pública; es relevante por su multiplicidad de enfoques y perspectivas. Es una etnografía del componente alimentario del Programa Escuela de Tiempo Completo (PETC), en dos primarias de Culiacán, Sinaloa México.
Esta etnografía se realizó durante el ciclo escolar 2018-2019. La elección de las escuelas fue por su particularidad, están en las mismas instalaciones, lo que permite comparar en el mismo contexto y tiempo la práctica del PETC.

Abstract:
The present investigation is a contribution to food anthropology, sociology and ethnography of public policy; is relevant for its multiplicity of approaches and perspectives. This is an ethnography of the food component of the Escuela de Tiempo Completo Program (PETC), in the primary schools of Culiacán, Sinaloa Mexico.
This ethnography was carried out during the 2018-2019 school cycle. The selection of schools was due to their particularity, they are in the same facilities, which allows comparing in the same context and time the practice of PETC. -
