ALEITAMENTO MATERNO EXCLUSIVO
O aleitamento materno trata-se de uma pratica que compreende diversos benefícios para o binômio mãe-bebe, sendo estes: a mitigação de várias doenças gastrointestinais, o aumento da imunidade de IgA através da transmissão vertical, aumento do vinculo entre a lactante e o lactente, alem disso, o desenvolvimento motor, físico, psicológico e cognitivo. Sendo assim, esse trabalho tem como principal objetivo, demonstrar a importância do aleitamento materno exclusivo e suas implicações. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, através da revisão integrativa da literatura, utilizando as bases de dados indexadas, disponibilizadas gratuitamente. O aleitamento materno exclusivo tem influência por conta da falta de confiança da lactante em realizar as manobras de amamentação, prematuridade, condições de saude da mae, podendo ser relacionada a falta de preparo durante o pré-natal. Diante disso, demonstra-se a necessidade de se realizar o pré-natal de qualidade, pois assim, o autocuidado da mae consigo mesma e com o seu bebê será possível e terá uma boa promoção de saúde.

Abstract:
Breastfeeding is a practice that includes several benefits for the mother-baby binomial, namely: the mitigation of several gastrointestinal diseases, the increase in IgA immunity through vertical transmission, the increase in the bond between the breastfeeding mother and the infant , in addition, motor, physical, psychological and cognitive development. Therefore, this work has as main objective, to demonstrate the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and its implications. The methodology used was qualitative, through an integrative literature review, using indexed databases, available free of charge. Exclusive breastfeeding has an influence due to the lactating woman's lack of confidence in carrying out breastfeeding maneuvers, prematurity, and the mother's health conditions, which may be related to lack of preparation during prenatal care. In view of this, the need for quality prenatal care is demonstrated, as this way, the mother's self-care with herself and her baby will be possible and will have a good health promotion.
