AGREGANDO FUNDAMENTAÇÃO TEÓRICO-PRÁTICA À FONOAUDIOLOGIA NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE: UMA AÇÃO DA 4ª COORDENADORIA REGIONAL DE SAÚDE/RS
A Educação Continuada e a Educação Permanente no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) são métodos e práticas que envolvem a formação e a atuação profissional para a organização e a execução de serviços de saúde. Neste capítulo, apresenta-se o processo e o resultado de uma ação de Educação Continuada-Permanente realizada pela 4ª Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde/Rio Grande do Sul (4ª CRS/RS), em parceria com a Fonoaudiologia da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, para fonoaudiólogos atuantes na macrorregião Centro-Oeste (4ª e 10ª CRS/RS). Em 2015, deu-se início à REDE FONO - Educação Continuada-Permanente em Fonoaudiologia - uma trama de saberes individuais e coletivos tecida por fonoaudiólogos atuantes no SUS, uma vez que os mesmos foram contatados e questionados sobre suas necessidades no desenvolvimento de suas atividades, as quais foram abordadas em nove encontros (2015-2019). Cada encontro contou com uma determinada estratégia de ensino/aprendizagem. O planejamento foi pautado em experiências significativas dos fonoaudiólogos, tendo como pressuposto suas demandas e necessidades na profissão. Tal estruturação atendeu aos conceitos de Educação Continuada e Permanente. Os colaboradores (professores universitários, profissionais autônomos e representantes de Conselho de Classe profissional) compartilharam seus conhecimentos de forma voluntária e gratuita. A formação da REDE FONO se caracterizou como uma rede de apoio pedagógico-técnico-profissional com impacto positivo e significativo na atuação dos fonoaudiólogos no SUS. Tal processo configura-se como um fundamento teórico-prático que pode ser aplicado junto a fonoaudiólogos atuantes no SUS de outras regiões.

Abstract:
Continuing Education and Permanent Education in the Unified Health System (UHS) are methods and practices that involve professional qualification and performance for the organization and execution of health services. In this chapter, we present the process and the result of an action of Continuing-Permanent Education carried out by the 4th Regional Health Coordinating Body/Rio Grande do Sul (4th RHCB/RS), in partnership with the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology of the Federal University of Santa Maria, for speech-language pathologists and audiologists working in the midwestern macro-region (4th and 10th RHCB/RS). In 2015 initiated REDE FONO - Continuing-Permanent Education in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology - a net of individual and collective knowledge woven by speech-language pathologists and audiologists working in UHS, who were contacted and asked about their needs in the development of their activities, which were approached in nine meetings (2015-2019). Each meeting had a specific teaching/learning strategy. The planning was based on significant experiences of speech-language pathologists and audiologists, based on their claims, and needs in the profession. The structure met the concepts of Continuing and Permanent Education. The collaborators (university professors, self-employed professionals, and representatives of the professional council) shared their knowledge voluntarily and free of charge. REDE FONO has defined itself as a net of pedagogical-technical-professional support with a positive and significant impact on professional performance in UHS. This process is characterized as a theoretical-practical foundation that can be applied to speech-language pathologists and audiologists working in UHS in other regions.
