ACOMPANHAMENTO DOMICILIAR DE UMA FAMÍLIA REFUGIADA DA VENEZUELA: UM RELATO DE CASO
Introdução: A visita domiciliar tem como objetivo central a atenção às famílias e à comunidade, sendo entendidas, como entidades influenciadoras no processo de adoecer dos indivíduos, os quais são regidos pelas relações que estabelecem. Relato de Caso: Estudantes de Medicina realizaram visitas domiciliares à família na cidade de Canoas, com a finalidade de conhecer a realidade dos indivíduos, fortalecer os vínculos do paciente com a comunidade, visando à promoção da saúde e prevenção de doenças. Eliane Rojas Lopes, reside junto com seu marido e com a filha do casal, Marcela. Há pouco tempo que eles residem no Brasil, pois são refugiados venezuelanos. Eliane e seu esposo têm ensino superior, porém somente o marido é empregado. Com isso, a família vive com poucos recursos. Um dos problemas sofridos nesse período de visitas foi o frio, visto que a família advém de uma região quente e não possuíam roupas de frio. Então, o trio de alunos organizou uma campanha do agasalho com professores e colegas para ajudar a família. Considerações finais: Ao longo das visitas, pode-se perceber a importância dos trabalhadores da área da saúde na vida dos refugiados, pois estes carecem de informação e atenção em seu novo país.

Abstract:
Introduction: The home visit has as its central objective the attention to families and the community, being understood, as influential entities in the process of falling ill of individuals, which are governed by the relationships they establish. Case Report: Medical students made home visits to the family in the city of Canoas, in order to get to knowledge of the reality of the individuals, strengthen the patient's bonds with the community, aiming at health promotion and disease prevention. Eliane Rojas Lopes, lives together with her husband and the couple's daughter, Marcela. They have recently resided in Brazil, as they are Venezuelan refugees. Eliane and her husband have higher education, but only her husband is employed. With this, the family lives with few resources. One of the problems suffered in this period of visits was the cold weather, since the family comes from a warm region and did not have properly clothes. Then, the students organized a campaign with teachers and colleagues to help the family in order to get some clothes for the winter. Final considerations: Throughout the visits, we could see the importance of health workers in the lives of refugees, as they lack information and attention in their new country.
