ACOMETIMENTO DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT POR PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Este artigo sintetiza a produção científica referente as características dos estudos e acometimentos da Síndrome de Burnout (SB) em enfermeiros inseridos em unidade de terapia intensiva. O objetivo deste estudo consiste em sintetizar dados da produção científica referente ao acometimento da Síndrome de Burnout em enfermeiros no âmbito de unidade de terapia intensiva. Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo revisão integrativa, a coleta de dados ocorreu a partir dos descritores em saúde. O levantamento dos artigos na literatura, se deu a partir da filtragem de acordo com os critérios de inclusão, chegou-se á 9 artigos, sendo excluídos duplicidades, a amostra foi formada por 7 destes. Posteriormente analisados á luz da literatura. O presente estudo identificou na literatura cientifica informes da prevalência de SB em enfermeiros da UTI, onde em função do estresse e dá sobre carga de trabalho geram alterações psicológicas. O estudo demonstra também nos seus achados que os casos onde o profissional tem conhecimento da atividade exercida e possui satisfação na atividade laboral não se apresentou a relação SB e enfermeiros da UTI. Com isso conclui-se que segundo os achados o desencadeamento da SB, pode ocorrer a qualquer profissional, inclusive ao enfermeiro, que estejam exercendo as suas atividades de forma excessiva ou em ambientes não adequados, ou seja, diversos fatores podem ser o desencadeador e isso não se limita a uma área ou profissão.

Abstract:
This article synthesizes the scientific production regarding the characteristics of studies and the manifestation of Burnout Syndrome in intensiv care unit (ICU) nurses. The goal of this study is to synthesize the data from the scientific production regarding the manifestation of Burnout Syndrome in nurses in the field of intensiv care. It consists of an integrative review type of research, and the data collection resulted from use of health descriptors. The data from the literature articles was gathered through screening according to the inclusion criteria. 9 articles were found, from which duplicates were excluded, totalizing a sample of 7 articles, which were later analyzed in the light of the literature. This study identified in the scientific literature information in reference to the prevalence from Burnout Syndrome in ICU nurses, where due to stress and work overload can psychological alterations arise. This study has also demonstrated in its findings that, in the cases where the professional has the knowledge for and the satisfaction from the work executed, there has been no correlation between Burnout Syndrome and ICU nurses. Therefore can be concluded that, according to the findings, the development of Burnout Syndrome can happen to any professional, including nurses, who perform their activities in an exaggerated manner or in inadequate environments. In other words, several factors can be a trigger for the syndrome and that is not restrained to one specific field or profession.
