AÇÕES EDUCATIVAS E ASSISTENCIAIS DO PROGRAMA NASCER PARA CONTROLE INTEGRAL DO CÂNCER DE COLO UTERINO
O câncer do colo do útero é a quarta causa de mortalidade por cânceres entre as brasileiras e o terceiro tipo de câncer mais incidente neste grupo. Educação em saúde e realização do Papanicolaou proporcionam atendimento essencial na manutenção da saúde da mulher, de forma a prevenir o avanço do câncer de colo uterino por meio da detecção precoce de lesões. Este trabalho objetiva relatar a experiência da realização de exames preventivos, por meio de mutirão promovido pelo Programa NASCER – Núcleo de Atenção à Saúde da Coletividade como Estratégia de Rede em uma ESF, tendo como público-alvo, mulheres atendidas na área de abrangência da unidade. Durante o mutirão foi realizada a abordagem das mulheres em consultório, e utilizada uma cartilha produzida pelo Programa com o tema “Orientação sobre câncer de colo uterino” como apoio na educação em saúde antes da realização do exame. Durante as consultas foram esclarecidas as dúvidas e reforçada a relevância do exame e sua realização. A individualidade de cada mulher foi reforçada a cada atendimento. As mulheres mais novas se apresentaram mais tranquilas, enquanto as mais velhas tinham mais vergonha de se despir para realização do exame. Três adolescentes atendidas já tinham vida sexual ativa há alguns anos e era a primeira vez que realizavam o exame e uma das mulheres havia realizado histerectomia anos antes. Após a abordagem das mulheres, foi discutido entre os estudantes, profissionais e professores as abordagens que foram feitas e as especificidades de cada caso com o objetivo de compartilhar o conhecimento e reforçar o aprendizado. A realização do mutirão favoreceu o aprendizado e a prática do conteúdo, para além das salas de aula e laboratórios. A atividade extensionista ampliou a visão da prática do cuidado integral e favoreceu o entendimento das necessidades da saúde da mulher na atenção primária.

Abstract:
Cervical cancer is the fourth cause of cancer mortality among Brazilian women and the third most common type of cancer in this group. Health education and Pap smears provide essential care in maintaining women's health, in order to prevent the advance of cervical cancer through early detection of lesions. This paper aims to report the experience of carrying out preventive exams, through a joint effort promoted by the NASCER Program – Center for Health Care of the Collective as a Network Strategy in an ESF, with the target audience of women assisted in the area covered by the unit. During the task force, women were approached in the clinic, and a booklet produced by the Program with the theme “Guidance on cervical cancer” was used as support in health education before taking the exam. During the consultations, doubts were clarified and the relevance of the exam and its performance reinforced. The individuality of each woman was reinforced at each visit. Younger women were calmer, while older women were more embarrassed about undressing for the exam. Three adolescents attended had already had an active sexual life for a few years and it was the first time they had undergone the exam and one of the women had undergone a hysterectomy years before. After approaching the women, the approaches that were taken and the specifics of each case were discussed among students, professionals and teachers, with the aim of sharing knowledge and reinforcing learning. The realization of the task force favored the learning and practice of the content, in addition to the classrooms and laboratories. The extension activity broadened the vision of the practice of comprehensive care and favored the understanding of women's health needs in primary care.
