AÇÕES DE ORIENTAÇÃO E INCENTIVO AO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO PARA MÃES DA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA DO BAIRRO LIBERDADE, NO MUNICÍPIO DE COLINAS - MA: Intervenção de Educação em Saúde
Introdução: O Aleitamento Materno (AM) é considerado uma das mais importantes e eficazes intervenções para redução da morbimortalidade infantil, além de ser o mais sensato meio natural de vínculo, afeto proteção e nutrição para criança. Objetivo: O presente projeto teve como objetivo implementar ações de orientação e incentivo ao aleitamento materno para mães da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) do bairro Liberdade, no município de Colinas – MA. Material e Métodos: Estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, realizado com 42 gestantes/mães de crianças com até dois anos de idade, cadastradas na referida ESF. Resultados: Com o desenvolvimento das atividades, pôde-se perceber que as mães passaram a compreender a sua importância no processo de amamentação, os benefícios do processo de amamentação, na qual é de suma importância na vida da mãe e da criança. Passaram a conhecer de forma mais ampla e clara as consequências negativas do desmame precoce, passando assim, a identificar soluções para as dificuldades encontradas durante o AM e diferenciar os mitos e verdades sobre a temática abordada. Conclusão: Este projeto foi relevante para o desenvolvimento de ações educativas de orientação e incentivo ao aleitamento materno exclusivo e complementado, além de ser essencial para adesão de práticas que beneficie mães e filhos com nutrição correta, solução para as dificuldades enfrentadas no processo de AM e verificar o conhecimento das participantes sobre o assundo.

Abstract:
Introduction: Breastfeending (BF) is considered one of the most importante and effective interventions to reduce child morbidity and mortality, in addition to being the most sensible natural means of bonding, affection, protection and nutrition for children. Objective: This Project aims to implemente actions to guide and encoroug breastfeeding for mothers of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in the Liberdade neighborhood, in the municipality of Colinas –MA. Material and Methods: Descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out with 42 pregnant women/mothers of childreen up to two years old, registered in that ESF. Results: With the development of activities, it was possible to realize that mothers began to understand its importance in the breastfeeding process, the benefits of the breastfeeding process, in which it is of Paramount importance in the life of the mother and the child. They came to know the negative consequences of early weaning more widely and clearly, thus identifying solutions for the difficulties encountered during BF and differentiating the myths and truths about the theme addressed. Conclusion: This Project was relevant for the development of educational actions to guide and encourage exclusive and complemented breastfeendin, in addition to being essential for adherence to practices that benefit mothers and children with correct nutrition, a solution to the difficulties faced in the processo of BF and verify the participants knowledge about the subject.
