Abstract: The objective of this study was to propose an accessibility corridor in the central region of the city of Monte Alto for ordinary people or people with physical disabilities (PWD) or reduced mobility (PMR). The methodology used for this study was the comparative use of satellite images available in the free software Google Earth Pro, aiming to identify significant deficiencies in pedestrian spaces, with a focus on the quality of accessibility ramps, the most used materials in pedestrian spaces, and the most common defects in sidewalks. The results highlight the urgency of investments and actions to improve pedestrian infrastructure in Monte Alto-SP, aiming not only to meet basic mobility needs but also to promote a more inclusive and welcoming city for all its inhabitants. The implementation of more accessibility ramps, wider and well-maintained sidewalks and more appropriate ground signage are some of the measures suggested to promote integrated and inclusive urban mobility in the city of Monte Alto-SP. The study showed that the quality of accessibility ramps was rated between good and very good. The same rating was attributed to the types of pavement materials used in sidewalks, with the predominance of "Portuguese mosaic" in the central region of the proposed corridor, and the predominance of "screeded mortar" with and without painting in the regions furthest from the central street. The most common pedestrian defects in the proposed corridor were rated as regular. The data from this study should draw the attention of local authorities to improve pedestrian infrastructure in order to make the city of Monte Alto more inclusive.
