ACCOMPANIMENT TO TUTOR IN TIMES OF A COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Given the surprisin presence of COVF-19 and one of it’s consequiences being the nedd for social isolation, the Intutional Tutoring Program, specifically the preparatory 2 of the UNAM, organized a work plan to accompany the tutors in their integration to an online tutorial. This activity consisted of three intervention phases. First phase: diagnosis throught a google form to provide a forum for expresión to tutors (50), related to their emotions, their ideas on how to teach tutoring, what experience thay had in managing online resorces, among some interestings points to mention and that are indetified in other investigations, we have answers such as: uncertainty, anxiety, hope, fear, patience, vulnerability, perplexed. Second pase: structure of an online course entitled redesigning the enviroment:from fase to fase tutoring to distance tutoring through Classroom allowing virtual asynchronous communication for synchronous sessions we rely on the Zoom platform, the participating tutors (30) socializad ther closing activities makin different constributions, we mention only some such as: those that refer characteristics of a vistual tutor (García and others, 2010), management and ability to apply thchnological tolos in their intervetions to establish communication between the different participating actor, favoring both online and face-to-face tutoring, creation of a website to exchange experiences and feedback between tutors, these contributions indicate the tutors' willingness to serve the tutors. And the 3rd phase consisted of reapplying a survey to identify what type of emotions had been experienced when applying their tutorial activity, taking the three items that make up the Institutional Tutoring Program, which are: Information, Training and Orientation.
