AÇÃO EDUCATIVA SOBRE HANSENÍASE E TUBERCULOSE NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de acadêmicos de Enfermagem acerca da implementação de uma ação educativa em saúde sobre hanseníase e tuberculose para profissionais da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Síntese dos dados: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, que descreve uma ação educativa em saúde realizada por acadêmicos de enfermagem com profissionais da atenção primária a saúde, realizada em junho de 2019. Para a realização desta atividade seguiu-se 3 etapas, sendo estas: 1) Proposta temática junto à Equipe da Estratégia Saúde da Família, 2) Planejamento da atividade e construção de estratégias de ensino, e 3) Execução e avaliação. Utilizou-se como recursos didáticos um mural ilustrativo e um folder educativo para obtenção de melhores resultados no desfecho da atividade. O conteúdo da ação educativa incluiu: definição, agentes etiológicos, transmissão, sinais e sintomas, tratamento e notificação. Infere-se que ações educativas desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio curricular em enfermagem, contribuem para o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades requeridas pela práxis assistencial do enfermeiro, dentre essas, a educação em serviço. Para além disso, essas ações reforçam o caráter dinâmico de constante atualização que as equipes de saúde devem possuir para atuarem em conjunto na identificação e prevenção de agravos às populações. Conclusão: Oportunizou-se, por meio desta experiência, aos acadêmicos de enfermagem compreenderem a complexidade da atuação do enfermeiro no âmbito da Estratégia de Saúde da Família, tendo como uma de suas principais atribuições promover a educação em saúde.

Abstract:
Objective: To report the experience of nursing students about the implementation of an educational health action on leprosy and tuberculosis for professionals in Primary Health Care. Summary of the data: This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, which describes an educational health action carried out by nursing students with professionals in primary health care, carried out in June 2019. To carry out this activity, there were three steps, these being: 1) Thematic proposal with the Family Health Strategy Team, 2) Activity planning and construction of teaching strategies, and 3) Execution and evaluation. An illustrative mural and an educational folder were used as didactic resources to obtain better results in the outcome of the activity. The content of the educational action included: definition, etiologic agents, transmission, signs and symptoms, treatment and notification. It is inferred that educational actions developed within the scope of the curricular internship in nursing, contribute to the development of competencies and skills required by the nurse's care praxis, among these, in-service education. In addition, these actions reinforce the dynamic nature of constant updating that health teams must have in order to act together in the identification and prevention of injuries to populations. Conclusion: Through this experience, it was possible for nursing students to understand the complexity of the nurse's performance in the scope of the Family health strategy, having as one of its main attributions to promote health education.
