AÇÃO EDUCATIVA NA SAÚDE DO IDOSO: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O envelhecimento da população é um fato que muito se discute na saúde, principalmente no que diz a prática da assistência humanizada. Entretanto, há obstáculos para assegurar essa assistência, como a desinformação e a precariedade de investimentos públicos. Diante desse contexto, estudantes de medicina realizaram encontros com os idosos de Terra Vermelha, Vila Velha- ES a fim de orienta-los quanto a prática de atividades físicas, uso consciente de medicamentos e alimentação saudável. Esse relato de experiencia discutirá como esses encontros foram realizados bem como os benefícios dessa ação educativa.

Abstract:
The aging of the population is a fact taht affects health a lot, especially with regard to the pratice of humanized care howevwe, there are obstacles to guaranteeing this assistance, such as misinformation and precarious public investments. Given this contexto, medical students meet with elderly people from Terra Vermelha, Vila Velha- ES and advise on the practice of physical activities conscious use of medicines and healthy eating. This experience report discussed how these meetingd were held as well as the benefits of this educational action
