AÇÃO DE VACINAÇÃO CONTRA SARAMPO APÓS CASO SUSPEITO EM INSTITUIÇÃO FEDERAL DE ENSINO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O sarampo é uma infecção viral imunoprevenível e contagiosa que pode evoluir para complicações e óbitos. Em 2018, houve deflagração de surto no estado do Amazonas com ocorrência de notificação de caso suspeito, pela Vigilância Sanitária do Município de Manaus, à direção de um Instituto Federal de Ensino. Fato que motivou a realização de ação de promoção da saúde para intervenção vacinal aos contactantes. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, sobre tal intervenção, que teve por objetivo proporcionar vacinação contra o sarampo com vistas a minimizar a disseminação do agravo na comunidade escolar. Foram realizadas 175 imunizações. Intervenções de imunizações fazem parte da prática do processo de trabalho da enfermagem e se constituem em ações promotoras de saúde que refletem de forma positiva na qualidade de vida dos indivíduos.

Abstract:
Measles is an immunopreventable and contagious viral infection that can progress to complications and deaths. In 2018, there was an outbreak of an outbreak in the state of Amazonas with the occurrence of notification of a suspected case, by the Sanitary Surveillance of the Municipality of Manaus, to the direction of a Federal Education Institute. Fact that motivated health promotion action for vaccination intervention to contact. This is an experience report on this intervention, which aimed to provide measles vaccination in order to minimize the spread of the disease in the school community. 175 immunizations were performed. Immunization interventions are part of the practice of the nursing work process and constitute health-promoting actions that reflect positively on the quality of life of individuals.
