A vivência das mães sobre o processo de internação do recém-nascido pré-termo em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal
O período da permanência de um recém-nascido pré-termo em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal pode variar de acordo com sua necessidade biológica, e durante este processo o vínculo entre mãe e o RN acaba sendo afetado. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar, à luz da literatura os sentimentos das mães, identificando os fatores que interferem no enfrentamento frente a internação de seu recém-nascido, bem como compreender o papel do enfermeiro quanto ao desenvolvimento do vínculo entre mães e seus RN´s. Diante disto, foi realizada uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa de literatura, através de levantamentos bibliográficos em bases de dados, como: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciência da Saúde (LILACS), National Library of Medicine (MEDLINE/PubMed), Coleciona SUS, e a Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF). Por meio deste estudo foi possível identificar a vivência das mães em relação ao período que seus recém-nascidos (RN) estiveram internados, bem como sentimentos de tristeza e insegurança relatados por elas em não poder proporcionar cuidado ao seu filho. Os estudos levantados demonstraram ainda, a frustração emocional destas mães que se sentem culpadas pela internação de seu RN. As pesquisas evidenciaram estratégias adotadas pelas mães durante este período com intuito de minimizar os sentimentos de medo e angústia de forma dinâmica e participativa.

Abstract:
The period of the stay of a preterm newborn in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit may vary according to its biological need, and during this process the bond between mother and newborn is affected. This study aimed to analyze, in the light of the literature, the feelings of the mothers, identifying the factors that interfere in the confrontation before the hospitalization of their newborn, as well as to understand the role of the nurse in the development of the bond between mothers and their newborns s. In this way, a research of integrative revision of literature, through bibliographical surveys in databases such as: Virtual Health Library (VHL), Latin American Literature in Health Science (LILACS), National Library of Medicine (MEDLINE / PubMed), Collects SUS, and the Nursing Database (BDENF). Through this study it was possible to identify the mothers' experience in relation to the period that their newborns were hospitalized, as well as feelings of sadness and insecurity reported by them in not being able to provide care to their child. The studied studies also demonstrated the emotional frustration of these mothers who feel guilty about the hospitalization of their newborn. The research evidenced strategies adopted by the mothers during this period in order to minimize the feelings of fear and distress in a dynamic and participative way.
