A VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA COMO FORMA DE MANIPULAÇÃO DOS CORPOS FEMININOS
Desde o início da humanidade se ouve falar em violência, o primeiro homicídio relatado em um dos livros mais antigos, a bíblia, foi entre Caim e Abel, dois irmãos. No decorrer do tempo, essas violências assumiram múltiplas formas, tornando-se assim um fenômeno difuso, presente em todas as sociedades. Historicamente as mulheres têm sido alvo das mais diversas formas de violência, além de terem sido sistematicamente consideradas inferiores aos homens. O presente estudo, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, tem como objetivo, discutir uma modalidade específica de violência contra a mulher, qual seja, a violência obstétrica. Dessa forma, buscou-se discutir como a violência a qual a mulher é submetida no momento do parto, represente uma manipulação violenta do seu corpo, além de comprometer a sua autonomia da vontade, especialmente porque é um momento que ela se encontra em estado de vulnerabilidade. Essa forma de violência tem suas raízes em uma cultura patriarcal, na qual o corpo da mulher é constantemente controlado por homens, especialmente em razão do saber médico. Assim, as mulheres buscam desconstruir o olhar machista sobre si e destacar os seus direitos duramente adquiridos.

Abstract:
Since the beginning of humanity, violence has been heard, the first homicide reported in one of the oldest books, the bible, was between Cain and Abel, two brothers. Over time, these violence took on multiple forms, thus becoming a diffuse phenomenon, present in all societies. Historically, women have been the target of the most diverse forms of violence, in addition to being systematically inferior to men. The present study, through a bibliographic search, aims to discuss a specific modality of violence against women, namely, obstetric violence. Thus, we sought to discuss how the violence to which the woman is subjected at the time of childbirth, represents a violent manipulation of her body, in addition to compromising her autonomy of the will, especially because it is a moment that she is in a state of vulnerability. This form of violence has its roots in a patriarchal culture, in which the woman's body is constantly controlled by men, especially because of the medical saber. Thus, women seek to deconstruct the macho view of themselves and highlight their hard-won rights.
