A VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA: O SEGREDO VELADO.
A violência doméstica representa uma realidade multifacetada, social, e culturalmente construída, manifesta-se em todas as esferas do convívio social, transformando-se numa forma cada vez mais brutal de agressão contra a mulher. Trata-se de um problema mundial, de natureza social e histórica, que tem aumentado de forma avassaladora destruindo vidas e subjetividades ao longo do tempo. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo foi construído pautado na importância em buscar uma compreensão das faces da violência doméstica, suas formas e consequências. Para alcançar os objetivos deste trabalho, realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico baseado nos artigos científicos dos últimos cinco anos. Após a análise dos dados, foi concluído que embora tenhamos evoluído em nosso arcabouço jurídico visando a proteção das vítimas de violência doméstica e a punição dos autores, ainda observamos que a desinformação está latente em nossa sociedade, principalmente no que tange as formas da violência, pois no senso comum as agressões físicas ainda é a que prevalece como conceito de violência doméstica, sendo desconsiderada os fenômenos psicológicos decorrentes deste tipo de violência. Além disso, o estudo ainda apontou que a violência contra a mulher se baseia nas concepções de gênero, pautada em uma relação de poder, que é nutrida pelo auto culpa, inferioridade e credibilidade de mudança que a vítima deposita no autor.

Abstract:
Domestic violence represents a multifaceted, social and culturally constructed reality, manifests itself in all spheres of social life, transforming itself into an increasingly brutal form of aggression against women. It is a global problem, of a social and historical nature, which has increased overwhelmingly, destroying lives and subjectivities over time. In this regard, this present study was constructed based on the importance of seeking an understanding of the faces of domestic violence, its forms and consequences. In order to achieve the objectives of this work, we carry out a bibliographical survey based on scientific articles from the last five years. After the analysis of the data, it was concluded that although we have evolved in our legal framework, aimed at protecting victims of domestic violence and punishing perpetrators, we still observe that misinformation is latent in our society, especially regarding the forms of violence, because in common sense, physical aggression is still the prevailing concept of domestic violence, disregarding the psychological phenomena resulting from this type of violence. In addition, the study also pointed out that violence against women is based on gender conceptions, based on a power relationship, which is nurtured by the self-blame, inferiority and credibility of change that the victim places on the author.
