A UTILIZAÇÃO DO COLAR CERVICAL NO ATENDIMENTO PRÉ-HOSPITALAR: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O trauma é um evento devastador da sociedade atual contribuindo para dados de uma epidemia silenciosa e devastadora. É necessária a redução desses índices e do impacto que causa em nossa sociedade. A abordagem as vitima politraumatizadas por meio de atendimentos pré-hospitalares é o principal fator, já que o atendimento pré-hospitalar móvel tem como objetivo em sua assistência, chegar de forma imediata e precoce a vitima e prestar atendimento como o transporte correto evitando assim sofrimentos e sequelas. A reflexão sobre a utilização do colar cervical no atendimento pré-hospitalar é de extrema importância. Ainda hoje, em 2019 com todas as atualizações preconizadas e estudos que abordam o tema, percebemos grandes divergências e dificuldades que afetam diretamente a relevância da utilização do colar cervical. Este trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar através da revisão integrativa a importância, a utilização correta e as iatrogênias na utilização do colar cervical, buscando responder a seguinte pergunta: quais as recomendações da utilização do colar cervical na atuação do atendimento pré-hospitalar ? Abrangendo o período 2006 à 2018. A pesquisa nas bases de dados ocorreu no período de maio a setembro de 2019.

Abstract:
Trauma is a devastating event in today's society that contributes to the data of a silent and devastating epidemic. It is necessary to reduce these rates and their impact on our society. Attention and approach as victims of multiple trauma through prehospital ventures is the main factor since either mobile prehospital care aims to assist them, reach the victim immediately and early and provide care, such as the correct transportation. thus used sufferings and sequelae. A reflection on the use of the cervical collar in prehospital care is extremely important. Even today, in 2019, with all the recommended updates and studies that address the theme, we noticed major divergences and difficulties that directly affect the relevance of the use of cervical collar. This study aimed to evaluate the integrative review of importance, correct use and iatrogenesis in the use of cervical collar, seeking answers to the following questions: what questions such as the use of cervical collar in the performance of prehospital care? Spanning the period 2006 to 2018. A database search took place from May to September 2019.
