A UTILIZAÇÃO DE VANT EM LEVANTAMENTOS CADASTRAIS PARA FINS DE ATUALIZAÇÃO DO CADASTRO IMOBILIÁRIO: Estudo de caso no município de Pau dos Ferros/RN
O crescimento urbano acelerado
ocasionou mudanças de diferentes formas
na sociedade, tornando difícil o processo
apropriado de implantação e estruturação do
planejamento e gestão urbana dos municípios.
Desta forma, mostra-se de grande relevância o
estudo do cadastro imobiliário e o cadastramento
territorial multifinalitário, visto que a sua
implementação tornou-se medida empregada
por diversos municípios. Diante disso, e do custo
benefício proporcionado pelos VANT’S quando
comparados aos outros métodos, justificase
o emprego da tecnologia emergente
composta pela utilização de Veículos Aéreos
não tripulados para obtenção dos dados. Desta
forma, o referente trabalho tem como objetivo
analisar qualitativamente a atualização do
cadastramento imobiliário do bairro centro de
Pau dos Ferros/RN, oriundo de levantamento
aerofotogramétrico georreferenciado. Através
disso, efetuou-se a construção de ortomosaíco,
no qual, a partir dele, fez-se a vetorização
dos elementos urbanísticos de interesse e a
caracterização dos imóveis. Entretanto, embora
tenham-se tido dificuldades no levantamento e
processamento dos dados, pois o uso desta
tecnologia requer elevada capacidade de
processamento de máquinas potentes, foi
possível obter produtos com alta qualidade e
grau de detalhamento. Portanto, a aplicação da
metodologia utilizada e o uso de VANT para a
finalidade estudada mostrou-se uma ferramenta
eficiente e útil no processo de atualização dos
cadastros.

Abstract:
The accelerated urban growth
caused changes of different forms in the
society, making difficult the appropriate process
of implantation and structuring of the urban
planning and management of the municipalities.
In this way, the study of the real estate cadastre
and the multi-purpose territorial registration is
of great relevance, since its implementation
became a measure employed by several
municipalities. In view of this, and the cost
benefit provided by the VANTs when compared
to the other methods, the use of the emergent
technology composed by the use of Unmanned
Aerial Vehicles to obtain the data is justified. In

this way, the reference work has the objective of qualitatively analyzing the updating
of the real estate registration of the downtown district of Pau dos Ferros / RN, coming
from a georeferenced aerial photogrammetric survey. Through this, the construction
of orthomotic was carried out, in which, from it, the urban elements of interest and the
characterization of the real estate were made. However, although data collection and
processing difficulties have occurred, since the use of this technology requires high
processing capacity of powerful machines, it was possible to obtain products with high
quality and degree of detail. Therefore, the application of the methodology used and
the use of VANT for the studied purpose proved to be an efficient and useful tool in the
process of updating the registers.
