A UTILIZAÇÃO DE CANABINOIDES NA FISIOPATOLOGIA DERMATOLÓGICA - UMA NOVA PERSPECTIVA DE TRATAMENTO
O valor medicinal da Cannabis Sativa já era conhecido há séculos, porém, a existência dos canabinóides e o quanto eles podem ser benéficos para a saúde humana é algo que ainda necessita de informações complementares. No Brasil a utilização da erva como fitoterápico para doenças neurodegenerativas tem aumentado nos últimos anos, porém a compreenção dos seus benefícios na fisiologia da pele é recente e o desafio deste projetoé avaliar essa terapêutica e comprovar a sua eficácia por meio de evidências cientifícas. O trabalho foi produzido através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo revisão de literatura, sobre a utilização desses compostos na área dermatológica. Dessa forma ao fim desse estudo foi possivel revelar a grande importância dessa planta juntamente com suas substâncias análogas, sintéticas e endógenas, onde foi expresso o impacto dessas descobertas na medicina dermatológica atual.

Abstract:
The medicinal value of Cannabis Sativa has beem known for centuries, but the existence of cannabinoids and how much they can be beneficial for human health is something that still needs additional information. In Brazil, the use of the herb as an herbal medicine for neurodegenerative diseases has increased in recent years, howeve the understanding of its benefits in the physiology of the skin is recent and the challenge of this project is to evaluate this therapy and prove its effectiveness through scientific evidence. The methodology covered in the research was a literature review about the use of these compounds in the dermatolofical area. Thus, at the end of this study, it was possible to reveal the great importance of this plant together with its analogous, synthetic and endogenous substances where the impact of these discoveries on current dermatological medicine was expressed.
