A UTILIZAÇÃO DA HISTÓRIA DA MATEMATICA COMO SUBSÍDIO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DOS CONCEITOS DE RAZÃO, PROPORÇÃO E TEOREMA DE TALES.
O presente artigo tem como objetivo trabalhar a utilização de técnicas ancestrais elaboradas por alguns dos povos antigos como: Gregos, Egípcios e Babilônios, na construção dos conceitos de Razão e Proporção. Iniciou se uma pesquisa investigativa com alunos das turmas do 8° e 9° ano do Colégio Estadual Trajano Coelho Neto e Colégio Estadual Idalina de Paula, no período de abril a junho de 2012, com intuito de aplicar métodos pedagógicos com o auxílio da História da Educação que propiciem a construção do conhecimento, além de tornar o ambiente (sala de aula) propício para a investigação matemática através de experiências semelhantes às feitas por povos percussores da ciência.

Abstract:
This article aims to work the use of ancestral techniques developed by some of the ancient peoples such as: Greeks, Egyptians and Babylonians, in the construction of the concepts of Reason and Proportion. An investigative research was started with students from the 8th and 9th grade classes of the State College Trajano Coelho Neto and the State College Idalina de Paula, from April to June 2012, in order to apply pedagogical methods with the help of the History of Education that fosters the construction of knowledge, in addition to making the environment (classroom) conducive to mathematical investigation through experiences similar to those carried out by people who were the forerunners of science.
