A TECNOLOGIA DE GROUPWARE COMO RECURSO PARA O PROCESSO DE ESTUDO E PESQUISA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR
O estudo realizado teve como objetivo implementar e avaliar o desempenho de atividades educacionais por equipes de trabalho em alunos de graduação por meio da utilização de tecnologia de groupware modalidade mista. O estudo foi enquadrado no paradigma qualitativo, onde o conhecimento é construído e o trabalho em grupo é realizado, com a orientação do tutor e mediada pela tecnologia. O método fenomenológico utilizado contou com as técnicas de observação participante e entrevista em profundidade, para recolher as informações fornecidas pelos participantes sobre a integração do conhecimento teórico com a tecnologia que facilite a dinamização e otimização do processo didático; a partir de três dimensões: interativa, que se refere à interconectividade por meio da troca de informações; o cognitivo, que favorece o processo ensino-aprendizagem de conteúdos educacionais; e o atitudinal, constituído pelo conjunto de percepções e comportamentos dos participantes em relação às tecnologias. Em conclusão, a interpretação fenomenológica do estudo permite-nos compreender que a tecnologia de groupware constitui um recurso dinâmico de estudo síncrono e assíncrono em cenários digital-educacionais para a construção da aprendizagem no ensino superior, através de atividades colaborativas que favoreçam o desenvolvimento das suas funções cognitivas e competências tecnológicas.

Abstract:
The objective of the study carried out was to implement and evaluate the performance of educational activities by work teams in undergraduate students through the use of mixed modality groupware technology. The study was framed in the qualitative paradigm, where knowledge is built and group work is carried out, with advice from the tutor and mediated by technology. The phenomenological method used relied on the techniques of participant observation and in-depth interview, to gather the information provided by the participants on the integration of theoretical knowledge with technology that facilitate the dynamization and optimization of the didactic process; from three dimensions: interactive, which refers to interconnectivity through the exchange of information; cognitive, which favors the teaching-learning process of educational content; and the attitudinal, constituted by the set of perceptions and behaviors of the participants in front of the technologies. In conclusion, the phenomenological interpretation of the study allows us to understand that groupware technology constitutes a dynamic resource for synchronous and asynchronous study in digital-educational scenarios for the construction of learning in higher education, through collaborative activities that favor the development of their cognitive and technological competences.
