O desenvolvimento de software moderno exige agilidade e eficiência na entrega de valor. Este artigo analisa a integração entre o framework Scrum e a cultura DevOps, explorando como essa sinergia promove a entrega contínua de valor. Além disso, discute-se o papel emergente da Inteligência Artificial (IA) na otimização desses processos, destacando as vantagens e os desafios dessa convergência. A metodologia empregada consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica qualitativa, utilizando fontes acadêmicas e artigos científicos recentes. Os resultados indicam que a combinação de Scrum e DevOps, potencializada pela IA, resulta em maior agilidade, robustez e segurança no ciclo de vida do software, embora desafios específicos persistam para pequenas entidades.

  • Abstract: Modern software development demands agility and efficiency in delivering value. This article analyzes the integration between the Scrum framework and DevOps culture, exploring how this synergy promotes the continuous delivery of value. In addition, it discusses the emerging role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in optimizing these processes, highlighting the advantages and challenges of this convergence. The methodology employed consists of a qualitative literature review, using academic sources and recent scientific articles. The results indicate that the combination of Scrum and DevOps, enhanced by AI, results in greater agility, robustness, and security in the software lifecycle, although specific challenges persist for small entities.
