A SÍNDROME DA ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL EM PROCESSOS DE SEPARAÇÃO E DIVÓRCIO
O presente artigo tem por objetivo explicar de maneira compreensivel a Síndrome da Alienação Parental bem como seus efeitos e danos psicologicos, jurídicos e sociais causados na vida de crianças e adolescentes resultantes do divórcio de seus genitores, assim como também da separação ou dissolução da união estável entre seus pais, desestruturando a familia e levando ao rompimento de vínculos afetivos e de consequencias psicossociais à criança. Nesses casos, pode-se observar que o principal fator que inclui a Sindrome da Alienação Parental (SAP) é a atitude revanchista dotada de ódio, amargura e raiva em decorrência do término da relação. Quando nesses casos é missão da família fornecer um ambiente sadio e saudável para o pleno desenvolvimento da criança e ao adolescente. Para tal fim, o método de estudo utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliografica em publicações doutrinárias, artigos e legislações pertinentes ao assunto. Por fim, ressalta-se que o tema é relevante, pois é uma realidade em que os profissionais envolvidos no atendimento às crianças e suas famílias, seja no espaço judiciário, nas instituições assistenciais ou nos consultórios, tem se deparado com grande freqüência.

Abstract:
This article aims to explain in a understandable way the Parental Alienation Syndrome as well as its effects and the psychological, legal and social damages caused in the lives of children and adolescents resulting from the divorce of their parents, as well as from the separation or dissolution of the union stable between his parents, destroying the family and leading to the breaking of affective bonds and psychosocial consequences for the child. In these cases, it can be observed that the main factor that includes the Parental Alienation Syndrome (SAP) is the revanchist attitude endowed with hatred, bitterness and anger due to the end of the relationship, when in these cases it is the family's mission to provide a healthy environment and healthy for the full development of children and adolescents. For this purpose, the study method used was bibliographic research in doctrinal publications, articles and legislation relevant to the subject. Finally, it is emphasized that the theme is relevant, as it is a reality that professionals involved in caring for children and their families, whether in the judicial space, in care institutions or in offices, have come across with great frequency.
