A SATISFAÇÃO DE COLABORADORES: UM ESTUDO NO LABORATÓRIO ANALÍTICO EM UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO NO MUNICÍPIO DE ANÁPOLIS-GO
As instituições visam a máxima eficácia devido à grande concorrência e à globalização do mercado, de modo que utilizam aspectos referentes ao grau de satisfação como indicadores estratégicos. A satisfação profissional é definida como um sentimento ou estado emocional positivo do ponto de vista do colaborador, resultado de sua avaliação diante de suas experiências no trabalho. Este estudo possui como questão problema: quais os aspectos determinantes para a satisfação dos colaboradores no âmbito organizacional? E para alcançar a resposta para o problema de pesquisa objetivou-se nesta pesquisa avaliar os fatores que condicionam a satisfação profissional no ambiente organizacional, baseando-se numa análise dos resultados apresentados conforme uma pesquisa de satisfação, que envolvem temáticas como: Comunicação; Compreensão e Suporte; Desenvolvimento; Engajamento: Gestão; e Remuneração e Benefícios. O estudo teve como base as pesquisas bibliográficas e quanti/qualitativa, realizada no laboratório de uma indústria farmacêutica, onde foi possível verificar que questões relacionadas à Remuneração e Benefícios são as que permanecem como principais indicadores de insatisfação, enquanto demais assuntos como Comunicação, Engajamento e Desenvolvimento apresentaram resultados excelentes. Também foram expressos resultados satisfatórios em respeito à avaliação da Cooperação e Suporte, bem como à Gestão. A avaliação do relatório de pesquisa de satisfação do laboratório analítico permitiu verificar, principalmente, sobre os detrimentos e falhas primordiais apresentados pela opinião comum do corpo de colaboradores da referida instituição. Os resultados favorecem e sugerem para a gestão a elaboração de planos estratégicos visando melhorias relacionadas aos aspectos investigados.

Abstract:
Job satisfaction is defined as an emotional and positive feeling from the employee's point of view, result of evaluation of work’s experiences. The institutions aim at maximum efficiency due to the great competition and globalization of the market, in order to use the resources according to the degree of satisfaction as strategic indicators. So, what are the determining factors for the satisfaction of the employees in the organizational scope? In order to raise questions regarding professional satisfaction, this study aimed to evaluate the main factors that condition professional satisfaction in the organizational environment, based on an analysis of the results oriented as a satisfaction survey, which involves topics such as: Communication; Understanding and Support; Development; Engagement: Management; and Remuneration and Benefits. The study was based on qualitative/quantitative bibliographic research, conducted in the laboratory of a pharmaceutical industry, where it was possible to verify that issues related to Remuneration and Benefits are the ones that remain as main indicators of dissatisfaction, while other subjects such as Communication, Engagement and Development presented excellent results. Satisfactory results were also expressed regarding the evaluation of Cooperation and Support, as well as Management. The evaluation of the analytical laboratory satisfaction survey report allowed verifying, mainly, about the major shortcomings and primordial failures presented by the joint opinion of the institution's collaborators. The results presented contribute to the elaboration of strategic plans by the management.
