Abstract: The complexity of contemporary international relations, characterized by economic interdependencies and geopolitical challenges, demands fluid and strategic diplomatic communication, crucial for maintaining bilateral stability. This article analyzes the implications of deteriorating communication between nations, exemplified by a hypothetical scenario of tensions between Brazil and the United States, where critical governmental statements can lead to significant economic repercussions, such as the imposition of tariff measures. From the perspective of International and Constitutional Law, it discusses the legal framework governing interaction between sovereign states, addressing principles of non-intervention and peaceful dispute resolution, as well as internal constitutional competencies for conducting foreign policy and the role of the Judiciary (MELLO, 2012, p. 85; SILVA, 2018, p. 450). International sanction tools, such as the Magnitsky Act, and their diplomatic reflections are explored. Within Economic Law and Strategic Planning, the study explores international trade protection mechanisms, the risks of disputes in the World Trade Organization, and the necessity of resilient diplomacy aimed at market diversification and vulnerability mitigation (KRUGMAN, 2015, p. 120; PORTER, 2008, p. 300). It is argued that political rhetoric, when not strategically managed, can erode trust, impact investments, and hinder cooperation in areas of common interest, demonstrating that diplomatic crisis governance requires an interdisciplinary approach combining legal rigor, economic prudence, and long-term vision. The text neutrally and technically addresses the distinction between institutional and partisan roles, and allegations of judicialization of politics and persecution, aiming to elucidate the mechanisms and principles involved. The conclusion emphasizes the indispensability of constructive dialogue and adherence to international law pillars to safeguard national interests and promote mutual peace and prosperity.
