A RELEVÂNCIA DAS INFORMAÇÕES PRESTADAS PELO ENFERMEIRO À GESTANTE NO PRÉ-NATAL SOBRE TRIAGEM NEONATAL
O Teste do Pezinho, constitui um dos principais exames para a detecção precoce de doenças ou agravos de origem genética metabólica e/ou infecciosas. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar como o enfermeiro realiza os esclarecimentos para a importância e compreensão da gestante no pré-natal acerca da Triagem Neonatal. Método: O estudo trata-se de revisão integrativa, com abordagem qualitativa, através de artigos retirados na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), utilizando as plataformas de ensino LILACS, BDENF e SCIELO. Resultados e Discussão: É bem expressivo o índice de mães desinformadas sobre o teste do pezinho, além da deficiência da atuação do enfermeiro. O pré-natal ainda não é aproveitado para a realização das orientações acerca do Teste do Pezinho. Conclusão: O enfermeiro tem papel primordial na realização do Teste, assim como na informatização. O pré-natal é o momento ideal para transmitir informações precisas, sendo assim melhorando a adesão das mães ao Teste e otimizando a assistência.

Abstract:
The Pezinho Test is one of the main tests for the early detection of metabolic and / or infectious diseases or disorders of genetic origin. This study aimed to analyze how the nurse clarifies the importance and understanding of pregnant women in prenatal care about Neonatal Screening. Method: The study is an integrative review, with a qualitative approach, through articles retrieved from the Virtual Health Library (VHL), using the teaching platforms LILACS, BDENF and SCIELO. Results and Discussion: The rate of uninformed mothers about the heel prick test is quite expressive, in addition to the lack of nurses' performance. Prenatal care is not yet used to provide guidance on the Pezinho Test. Conclusion: Nurses have a primary role in carrying out the Test, as well as in computerization. Prenatal care is the ideal time to transmit accurate information, thus improving mothers' adherence to the Test and optimizing care.
