A RECONFIGURAÇÃO TERRITORIAL E AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DO ESTADO: O CASO DA CIDADE DE OUANAMINTHE (HAITI)
Este trabalho tem como principal
intuito elaborar uma análise sobre a
reconfiguração territorial e as políticas públicas
do Estado no caso da cidade de Ouanaminthe
(Haiti). Para isso, parte de uma análise territorial
e espacial, considerada como um dos elementos
relevantes na análise geográfica desse
Município. Busca-se, também, compreender
como o uso do território vem se acirrando e
representando algumas dificuldades na gestão
e na organização sociopolítica do Estado.
Assim, é possível analisar qual seria o papel do
Estado na regulamentação e na valorização das
dinâmicas econômicas e políticas por meio de
um planejamento territorial para o fortalecimento
da circulação de mercadorias na cidade em
questão. Esta discussão poderá trazer uma
contribuição relevante para a ciência geográfica
sobre como a dinamização da economia ocorre
através de uma transformação do território.

Abstract:
The main objective of this work
is to elaborate an analysis about the territorial
reconfiguration and the public policies of the
State in the case of Ouanaminthe (Haiti).
Therefore, part of a territorial and spatial
analysis, considered one of the relevant
elements in the analysis of the territory. If you
seek, Therefore, understanding how the use of
the territory has been sharpened and represents
some difficulties in the management and sociopolitical organization of the state. Thus, it is
possible to analyze what would be the role of the
State in regulating and valuing economic and
political dynamics through territorial planning to
strengthen the circulation of goods in the city in
question. This discussion may make a relevant
contribution to geographic science on how the
dynamization of the economy occurs through a
transformation of the territory.
