A QUESTÃO REGIONAL E AS POLÍTICAS DE PLANEJAMENTO NO BRASIL: APRECIAÇÕES
As desigualdades sócio-espaciais não foram eliminadas, mas sua natureza, geografia e complexidade se modificaram. Nesse ínterim, o artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre os avanços e questionar os obstáculos enfrentados pelas políticas regionais no Brasil, na atualidade. Para tanto, considera-se essencial apresentar como as políticas regionais pioneiras no Brasil emergiram da lógica macroeconômica do pós-guerra; mostrar como a ascensão do liberalismo, nos anos 1990, reformatou os princípios das políticas regionais; discutir os efeitos regionais derivados da recuperação da capacidade de consumo da população de baixa renda. E, por fim, analisar a Política Nacional de Desenvolvimento Regional, destacando seus princípios e limitações.

Abstract:
The socio-spatial inequalities don’t have been deleted, but your nature, geography and complexity they have change. So, the article goals reflect about the advances and have questions around the obstacles confronts by the regional politics of Brazil, nowadays. Therefore, we consider essential to show how the first regional politics in Brazil emerged of logic post-war macroeconomic; show also how the rise of liberalism, in the 1990s, reformatted the principles of the regional politics; discuss the regional effects derived from repercussion of consumption capacity of the low-income population. And finally, we’re analyze the National Politics of Regional Development, highlighting their principles and limitations.
