A PRIVACIDADE NO MUNDO VIRTUAL E O DIREITO
Este trabalho mostra o valor atual
que as tecnologias têm nas vidas de seus
usuários, abordando os direitos fundamentais
da internet e discorrendo sobre os níveis de
privacidade que se tem na rede. O objetivo
principal é analisar e mostrar a importância
atual do Direito de Tecnologias da Informação
pela grande evolução da internet e o aumento
de usuários. O assunto foi investigado por meio
de pesquisa bibliográfica, usando referências
teóricas de livros, artigos em blogs de empresas
especializadas nos assuntos tratados aqui,
bem como sites das Nações Unidas e jornais
nacionais e estrangeiros. Por fim, na análise
de toda a problemática apresentada neste
trabalho, concluiu-se que as atuais leis que
tratam sobre o assunto de Direito de Tecnologias
da Informação para privacidade, demonstram
uma necessária mudança nas normas e na
educação dos cidadãos, pois apenas as poucas
leis que existem no Brasil não são suficientes
para suprir todas as demandas indispensáveis
dentro do mundo digital.

Abstract:
This paper shows the value that
Technologies has nowadays in the life of the
users, dissolving about Fundamental Rights
of the Internet, but also, speaking about the
levels of privacy exists on the Internet and
where family members are allowed to opine
and to try to help and educate. The objective of
this work was to analyze and demonstrate the
current significance of the Law of Technology of
Information due the great evolution of the internet
and the increase of the number of users. The
subject was investigated through bibliographic
research, using theoretical references of books,
searches on blogs of companies specialized in
the subject matter discussed here, as well the
web site of the UN and national and foreign
newspaper websites. Lastly, the analysis of
the problem presented in this paper, it was
concluded that, the current laws dealing with
the matter of Law of Technology of Information
about privacy, show that is essential a change
in the laws and in the education of the citizens,
because the few law that exist in Brazil isn’t
enough to fulfill all the needful requests inside
the digital world.
