A PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA E OS FATORES QUE DIFICULTAM OU IMPEDEM A FELICIDADE DO PROFESSOR DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA
Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo descrever acerca das práticas pedagógicas e os fatores que dificultam ou impedem a felicidade dos docentes que ministram aula de Educação Física Escolar na Rede Municipal de Campo Grande, MS. Este trabalho é um recorte de uma pesquisa maior intitulado “O bem-estar do professor de educação física escolar da rede pública municipal de ensino de Campo Grande, MS”. Baseando-se no objetivo do presente estudo, esta pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratória-descritiva com uma abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa. Este estudo contou com a participação de 84 professores de Educação Física, no qual responderam um questionário sobre os fatores sociodemográficos e uma questão aberta sobre os fatores que dificultam ou impedem a felicidade no trabalho docente. Os principais achados foram que os professores de Educação Física comungam dos mesmos problemas a falta de materiais e de infraestrutura, turmas numerosas, violência, falta de apoio por parte da família dos alunos e, em muitas vezes, da própria escola.

Abstract:
This research aims to describe about the pedagogical practices and the factors that hinder or prevent the happiness of the teachers who teach School Physical Education class in the Municipal Network of Campo Grande, MS. This work is an excerpt from a larger research entitled “The well-being of the school physical education teacher from the municipal public school system in Campo Grande, MS”. Based on the objective of the present study, this research is characterized as exploratory-descriptive with a quantitative and qualitative approach. This study had the participation of 84 Physical Education teachers, in which they answered a questionnaire about sociodemographic factors and an open question about the factors that hinder or prevent happiness in the teaching work. The main findings were that Physical Education teachers share the same problems with the lack of materials and infrastructure, large classes, violence, lack of support from the students' family and, often, from the school itself.
