A POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DO SISTEMA DE PROTEÇÃO ESCOLAR DA SEE/SP: ANÁLISE DO CASO DA DIRETORIA DE ENSINO REGIÃO DE TAQUARITINGA
A violência escolar tem se apresentado no contexto educacional como um desafio a ser enfrentada pela comunidade escolar e, em especial, pelo professor, no exercício de sua profissão em sala de aula. Para fazer frente a este cenário desafiador, a SEE/SP criou em 2010 o Sistema de Proteção Escolar e com ele a função do Professor Mediador Escolar e Comunitário (PMEC). A presente pesquisa tem por finalidade analisar a política pública da SEE/SP, por meio do estudo de caso do Programa Sistema de Proteção Escolar na Diretoria de Ensino Região de Taquaritinga (DER TAQ) – período 2010-2018, identificando como o contingenciamento estabelecido pelo governo estadual refletiu ou não na diminuição dos índices de violência nas escolas. A proposta de pesquisa centrou sua análise nas legislações que instituíram o projeto, e em suas alterações, enfatizando o processo de desmonte do projeto a partir do advento do Decreto nº 61.466/2015.

Abstract:
School violence has presented itself in the educational context as a challenge to be faced by the school community and, especially, by the teacher, in the exercise of their profession in the classroom. To face this challenging scenario, SEE / SP created in 2010 the School Protection System and with it the role of School and Community Mediator Teacher (PMEC). The present research aims to analyze the public policy of SEE / SP, through the case study of the School Protection System Program in the Taquaritinga Region Education Directorate (DER TAQ) – for the 2010 to 2018 period, identifying how the contingency established by the state government reflected or not in the reduction of violence rates in schools. The research proposal centered its analysis on the legislation that instituted the project, and on its amendments, emphasizing the process of dismantling the project since the advent of Decree No. 61.466 / 2015.
