A ORIENTAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E O COACHING DE CARREIRA: SIMILARIDADES E DIFERENÇAS
Considerando o dinamismo dos percursos de carreira na sociedade pós-moderna, novas demandas surgem no campo da Psicologia Vocacional/Profissional e áreas relacionadas. Dentre elas está a necessidade de atualizar e desenvolver novas ferramentas e intervenções que considerem o sujeito de forma múltipla e profunda. Paralelamente, devido a popularização de muitas técnicas já existentes, também tornou-se necessário um olhar cauteloso, embasado e atualizado sobre as diferenças, especificidades e indicações de cada intervenção. O presente trabalho objetiva, primeiramente estabelecer uma diferenciação objetiva e clara sobre os processos de Orientação Profissional e Coaching de Carreira, bem como, por fim, apresentar a ferramenta “Caminhos Possíveis” que foi formulada e é indicada para ambos os processos de intervenção, facilitando a decisão e realização na carreira de forma prática, eficaz e produtiva.

Abstract:
By considering the dynamism of career paths in postmodern society, new demands are emerging in the field of Vocacional/Professional Psychology and related areas. Among them is the need to update and develop new tools and interventions that consider the person in a multiple and profound way. At the same time, due to the popularization of many existing techniques, it was also necessary to take a cautious, informed and updated look at the differences, specificities and indications of each intervention. The present work aims, firstly, to establish an objective and clear differentiation on the processes of Career Orientation and Career Coaching, as well as, to present the tool “Possible Paths” that have been formulated for both intervention processes, facilitating career decision and achievement in a practical, effective and productive way.
