A NOVA TENDÊNCIA DE CONDOMÍNIOS RURAIS COM FINALIDADE DE LAZER - UM ESTUDO DE CASO DO SUL DE MINAS GERAIS
A arquitetura nas áreas rurais tem se modernizado em velocidade exponencial nos últimos anos em certas regiões do Brasil. Alavancada pela busca de ambientes não-urbanizados, áreas de lazer e que ofereçam integração do homem a natureza. Este trabalho almeja revelar a modernização em uma área antes pasto de vegetação, sua venda e desmembramento em lotes para construções de residências e edificações com fins de lazer, no município mineiro de Três Pontas e região. Estas obras aceleraram a economia local devido aos projetos arquitetônicos arrojados em andamento e futuros. Investiga também quais as finalidades e interesse do uso por estes proprietários. Detalhando através de uma pesquisa os quesitos: finalidade, projetos de arquitetura, investimentos, infraestrutura desejada e benefícios. A pesquisa feita a quarenta e um participantes com perguntas de múltipla escolha. É translúcido que a finalidade é o lazer, baixo interesse de rentabilidade imobiliária, os projetos de arquitetura foram executados parcialmente com acompanhamento e registros de profissionais da área construtiva. A Infraestrutura desejada a priori foram o espaço da cozinha gourmet, serviços de internet e energia elétrica. E os benefícios do pomar, verduras e hortaliças, uso familiar e exclusivo. Coroando a nova tendência de regiões onde a vida urbana estafante e barulhenta agrega aos condomínios rurais maior movimento nos fins de semanas e glamour ao estereótipo anoso de casa na zona rural.

Abstract:
Architecture in rural areas has been modernizing at an exponential speed in recent years in certain regions of Brazil. Leveraged by the search for non-urbanized environments, leisure areas that offer integration of man and nature. This work aims to reveal the modernization in an area previously grazed by vegetation, its sale and dismemberment in lots for construction of residences and buildings for leisure purposes, in the Minas Gerais municipality of Três Pontas and region. These building have accelerated the local economy due to bold architectural projects in progress and in the future. It investigates the purposes and interest of use by these owners. Detailing through a research the questions: purpose, architecture projects, investments, desired infrastructure and benefits. The survey was made with forty-one participants about multiple choice questions. It is transparent that the purpose is leisure, low interest in estate profit, the architectural projects were partially implemented with monitoring and records of professionals in the construction area. The Infrastructure desired were priority the gourmet kitchen space, internet and electricity. And the benefits of the orchard, greens and vegetables, family and exclusive use. Crowning the new trend in regions where the busy and noisy urban life adds to rural condominiums greater movement on weekends and glamor to the old home stereotype in the countryside.
