A MULHER E/ NO TRABALHO: PODER E EMANCIPAÇÃO (UMA ANÁLISE NA PERSPECTIVA FIGURACIONAL)
A mulher por muito tempo esteve sobre o domínio do poder patriarcal. Com o advento da revolução industrial e I e II Guerras Mundial, se insere no mercado de trabalho, desencadeando um processo de emancipação de suas atividades especificamente domésticas para disputar uma posição nas funções que antes eram exclusivamente masculinas. Destaca-se a mulher nessa perspectiva macro até chegar ao Amazonas, onde ela desenvolvia atividades no ambiente rural e com a implantação do Polo Industrial de Manaus, é atraída com a promessa de prosperidade, mudança radical na qualidade de vida, então ela migra para a capital do Estado, assumindo posições laborais nas indústrias. O objetivo é destacar a mulher no mercado de trabalho e sua busca pelo equilíbrio do poder. O trabalho é de ênfase qualitativo, de revisão bibliográfica e o aporte teórico de Norbert Elias. Ressalta-se que embora existam leis trabalhistas que amparam as mulheres, elas ainda não estão totalmente emancipadas, pois as leis existem, mas na prática, por vezes, não são cumpridas.

Abstract:
The women have long been in the grip of patriarchal power. With the advent of the industrial revolution and World War I and II, it entered the labor market, triggering a process of emancipation from its specifically domestic activities to compete for a position in functions that were previously exclusively male. The woman stands out in this macro perspective until she reaches Amazonas, where she developed activities in the rural environment and with the implantation of the Manaus Industrial Pole, she is attracted with the promise of prosperity, a radical change in the quality of life, so she migrates to the capital of the State, assuming work positions in the industries. The goal is to highlight women in the job market and their search for a balance of power. The work has a qualitative emphasis, a bibliographic review and the theoretical contribution of Norbert Elias. It is noteworthy that although there are labor laws that support women, they are not yet fully emancipated, because the laws exist, but in practice, sometimes they are not enforced.
