A LIDERANÇA NA PERSPEÇÃO DE LÍDERES E SEGUIDORES EM UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO INDUSTRIAL

Abstract: In institutions or organizations, there is a leader as a representative figure, with leadership styles who can influence or intervene in certain situations, such as in the work of the self-employed. Despite having conquered a vast field of existing literature on the subject, there is still no consensus on leadership styles. Focused on more forms and styles – which were deepened for the understanding of the impact that a leader represents in the life, both organizational objectives and in the personal lives of those who are led – the article aims to identify models of leadership exercised in the organization that, in turn, are adopted by the leaders. In addition, the work carried out in this recognition of the characteristics in a way that the leadership exercised in the middle of the organization can transfer to the work model of the collaborators. Thus, this work presents as main authors Cecília Bergamini (1994; 2002, and 2003); Sylvia Vergara (2007); Botelho and Krom (2014) among other authors who go on to contextualize leadership styles. As a methodological apparatus, was used a data collection within the organization and applied a questionnaire to leaders and followers with differentiation only to receive answers to identify the leadership model and what type of leader the subordinates would like to follow. As a result, were noticed disparities between the replies of the leaders and the subordinates about the different leadership models adopted by each leader.
