A JUDICIALIZAÇÃO COMO CAMINHO CONTRA A INEFICIÊNCIA DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS EM SAÚDE: UMA BREVE ANÁLISE DA FILA DE ESPERA POR LAQUEADURAS NO MUNICÍPIO DE JATAÍ/GO
O presente trabalho objetiva analisar o caso das cirurgias eletivas de laqueaduras no município de Jataí/GO a fim de compreender como a ausência de judicialização pode gerar a inexistência de atendimento. Para tanto, inicialmente, e por meio de revisão bibliográfica, trataremos da construção do sistema de proteção social brasileiro e como as suas raízes influenciam a eficiência das políticas públicas de saúde mesmo com a promulgação da Constituição Federal de 1988, assim como a importância da judicialização para a efetivação de políticas públicas em saúde. Posteriormente, em uma análise quantitativa, verificaremos os dados fornecidos pela Secretaria de Saúde do município de Jataí/GO no recorte temporal de 2014 a 2020, que demonstram a ineficiência do atendimento e ausência de judicialização.

Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the case of elective tubal ligation surgeries in the city of Jataí / GO in order to understand how the lack of judicialization can generate the lack of assistance. Therefore, initially, and through a bibliographic review, we will deal with the construction of the Brazilian social protection system and how its roots influence the efficiency of public health policies even with the promulgation of the 1988 Federal Constitution, as well as the importance of judicialization. for the implementation of public health policies. Subsequently, in a quantitative analysis, to analyze the data provided by the Health Department of the municipality of Jataí / GO in the time frame from 2014 to 2020, which demonstrate the inefficiency of care and the lack of judicialization.
