A INSERÇÃO DO PROGRAMA MINHA CASA MINHA VIDA NA PERIFERIA URBANA DE VITORIA DA CONQUISTA -BA
O presente artigo aborda a inserção do programa habitacional Minha Casa Minha Vida na periferia de Vitória da Conquista-BA. Trata-se de um estudo sobre a periferização da habitação de interesse social e o agravamento da questão urbana, cujo objetivo é expor a realidade de uma cidade de médio porte atendida plenamente pelo Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida. Por meio de abordagem qualitativa, após ampla revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo,cujos procedimentos metodológicos consistiram em análise do território por meio da observação, entrevista com a comunidade, aplicação de questionário, coleta de depoimentos, analise cartográfica e fotográfica. Além de entrevista e coletas de dados no Programa Municipal de Habitação de Interesse Social. Sua relevância consiste em analisar os desdobramentos das políticas públicas e evidência a natureza dos conflitos que decorre da inserção do Programa MCMV no Bairro Campinhos. Constata que não se realizou o Projeto de Trabalho Social no território pesquisado até o final desta pesquisa. Elucida o agravamento da questão social urbana e avalia o impacto gerado pelo processo de periferização e segregação sócio-espacial na vida da população. Revela que não foram estabelecidos os vínculos de territorialidade, tampouco integração da comunidade do MCMV e o restante do território, e que a estigmatização da pobreza está muito presente no território.

Abstract:
This article addresses the insertion of the Minha Casa Minha Vida housing program on the outskirts of Vitória da Conquista-BA. This is a study on the peripheralization of social housing and the worsening of the urban issue, whose objective is to expose the reality of a medium-sized city fully served by the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program. Through a qualitative approach, after extensive literature review and field research, whose methodological procedures consisted of analysis of the territory through observation, interview with the community, application of a questionnaire, collection of testimonies, cartographic and photographic analysis. In addition to interviews and data collection in the Municipal Social Interest Housing Program. Its relevance consists in analyzing the unfolding of public policies and evidences the nature of the conflicts that arise from the insertion of the MCMV Program in the Campinhos neighborhood. It is noted that the Social Work Project was not carried out in the researched territory until the end of this research. It elucidates the aggravation of the urban social issue and assesses the impact generated by the process of peripheralization and socio-spatial segregation in the life of the population. It reveals that territoriality bonds have not been established, nor the integration of the MCMV community and the rest of the territory, and that the stigmatization of poverty is very present in the territory.
