A INSERÇÃO DE TERAPIAS COMPLEMENTARES EM UM CENTRO DE REABILITAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: HUMANIZAÇÃO NO CUIDADO
Este trabalho apresenta o relato de experiência da inserção do projeto de Terapias complementares, com financiamento do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente de Sorocaba- CMDCA, para o atendimento ambulatorial de 70 crianças e/ ou adolescentes do centro de reabilitação em saúde da APAE Sorocaba, durante os anos de 2020 e 2021. A proposta teve como objetivo compor um grupo de estratégias de serviços que fortalecem o modelo de atenção humanizada e centrada na integridade da pessoa com deficiência. Conclui-se que ao integrar as terapias complementares com as essenciais já existentes no serviço, observa-se um ganho na integralidade do usuário, assim como em sua família, fortalecendo o modelo terapêutico já existente e rompendo com a prática baseada no modelo biomédico.

Abstract:
This work presents the experience report of the insertion of the Complementary Therapies project, with funding from the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of Sorocaba - CMDCA, for outpatient care of 70 children and / or adolescents from the health rehabilitation center of APAE Sorocaba, during the years 2020 and 2021. The proposal had as objective compose a group of service strategies that consolidate the model of humanized care and focused on the integrity of people with disabilities. It is concluded that by integrating the complementary therapies with the essential ones already existing in the service, there is a gain in the integrality of the user, as well as in his family, reinforce the existing therapeutic model and breaking with the practice based on the biomedical model.
