A INSERÇÃO DE NOVOS MÉTODOS NO ENSINO DA ANATOMIA HUMANA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O ensino da AH segue o método
tradicional: o uso de cadáveres, livro texto e
imagens de atlas. A utilização dos mesmos
é indispensável no entendimento do corpo
humano, na compreensão da localização e forma
dos órgãos. O objetivo do trabalho é analisar
diferentes métodos de ensino da anatomia na
atualidade.Trata-se de uma Revisão integrativa,
cuja a questão norteadora é “Há outras formas
eficientes de ensinar anatomia além do método
tradicional com estudo de cadáveres?”. Os
dados foram obtidos através das bases de
dados PubMed e Scielo. No PubMed, pelos
descritores Anatomy, Education e Technology.
Após aplicar os critérios de inclusão e exclusão
os artigos úteis à questão norteadora somavam
13. Em pesquisa feita com 542 alunos de
medicina em Pernambuco, o uso de cadáveres
foi considerado essencial por 88,9% dos alunos e
98,3% usam material de ensino auxiliar; mesmo
com outros métodos, continua-se praticando o
ensino tradicional, com cadáveres e dissecação.
Entretanto, vários estudos mostram que outras
tecnologias podem e devem ser inseridas no ambiente educacional, pois podem
motivar os estudantes, além de possibilitar melhor preparação e capacitação para
resolver problemas na prática clínica. Esta revisão demonstra que a não-passividade e
a satisfação na aprendizagem estimulam a busca pelo conhecimento. A dissecação de
cadáveres pelos estudantes mostrou-se consolidada como método de aprendizagem e,
embora a tecnologia não esteja ainda suficientemente desenvolvida para a educação,
a complementaridade deste recurso ao uso de cadáveres mostra-se eficaz no ensino.

Abstract:
The teaching of anatomy follows the traditional method: the use of corpses,
textbook text and images of Atlas. Their use is indispensable in the understanding
of the human body, understanding the location and shape of the organs. The aim of
this study is to analyze different methods of teaching the anatomy nowadays. This
is an integrative review, whose guiding question is “Are there other efficient ways to
teach anatomy besides the traditional method with the study of corpses?”. The data
were obtained through the PubMed andScielo databases. In PubMed, the descriptors
Anatomy, Education and Technology. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria,
the articles useful to the guiding question totaled 13. In a research conducted with
542 medical students in Pernambuco, the use of cadavers was considered essential
by 88.9% of the students and 98.3% use auxiliary teaching material; Even with other
methods, we continue practicing traditional teaching, with corpses and dissection.
However, several studies show that other technologies can and should be inserted in
the educational environment, as they can motivate students, besides enabling better
preparation and training to solve problems in clinical practice. This review demonstrates
that non-passivity and learning satisfaction stimulate the search for knowledge. The
dissection of cadavers by the students proved to be consolidated as a learning method
and, although the technology is not yet sufficiently developed for education, the
complementarity of this resource to the use of cadavers is effective in teaching.
