Este trabalho tem como objetivo

identificar e analisar os estilos de aprendizagem

dos tutores a distância do curso de graduação

EaD em Administração Pública de uma

Universidade Pública do Rio de Janeiro, e sua

influência na escolha dos recursos didáticos

disponíveis no ambiente virtual de aprendizagem.

Usa-se uma abordagem quantitativa de

objetivo exploratório, sendo desenvolvido com

a aplicação do LSI (Learning Style Inventory),

o Inventário de Estilos de Aprendizagem de

David Kolb. Por meio do desenvolvimento deste

Estudo de Caso foi possível observar que, dos

24 tutores respondentes, perguntados sobre

qual dos estilos de aprendizagem segundo

Kolb se identificavam, oito (cerca de 33,3%

dos entrevistados) encontraram coincidência

entre o estilo qual se identificavam e o estilo de

aprendizagem revelado pelo teste, destes 75%

são “assimiladores”, 12,5% “acomodadores” e

12,5% “divergentes”.

Abstract:
This work aims to identify and

analyze the learning styles of the distance

tutors of the undergraduate course in Public

Administration of a Public University of Rio

de Janeiro, and its influence in the choice

of didactic resources available in the virtual

learning environment. A quantitative exploratory

objective approach is developed, with the

application of LSI (Learning Style Inventory),

David Kolb's Learning Styles Inventory. Through

the development of this Case Study, it was

possible to observe that, of the 24 respondent

tutors, asked about which of Kolb's learning

styles were identified, eight (about 33.3% of

respondents) found a match between the style

they identified the learning style revealed by

the test, of these 75% are "assimilators", 12.5%

"ushers" and 12.5% "divergent".
