A IMPORTÂNCIA DO TCC COMO METODOLOGIA ATIVA NA FORMAÇÃO DOS ESTUDANTES NO ENSINO MÉDIO TÉCNICO
O trabalho de conclusão de curso (TCC) no ensino médio técnico é uma oportunidade acadêmica ímpar que o discente possui para desenvolver sobre um tema aprofundado, que desperte seu interesse, propondo meios, projetos, soluções, aliando à sua futura prática profissional, dispondo do conhecimento científico para fundamentar e orientar suas ações, agregando esse conhecimento no melhor desempenho de sua prática profissional, superando o empirismo criado acerca do profissional técnico. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo relatar a prática pedagógica, realizada nos moldes de pesquisa-ação de educação em saúde, como parte da atividade de desenvolvimento do TCC. Realizada parceria com a Secretaria de Educação do Município de Dracena e a ETEC Profª Carmelina Barbosa, em que as discentes e docentes do técnico em enfermagem ficaram com a responsabilidade da aplicação conteudista e a capacitação técnica em primeiros socorros para duzentos e vinte docentes de creches e pré-escolas da rede municipal de ensino, totalizando 30hrs, divididos em 5 encontros, através de dramatizações, dinâmicas em grupo, simulações realísticas em bonecos. Como resultados, houve 92% a frequência total pelos docentes, falas reforçadas sobre a importância desse tipo de capacitação e diversos relatos docentes de situações em que os professores realizaram primeiros socorros em crianças após os conhecimentos adquiridos a partir da capacitação. Diante disso, a proposta de um TCC voltado as necessidades da comunidade consolidou de todos os modos uma prática pedagógica significativa, sendo observada a importância inevitável em transferir o protagonismo histórico da figura centrada no professor para os estudantes, havendo, dessa forma, a relevância da orientação e acompanhamento docente no desenvolvimento das capacidades individuais e em grupo no desempenho eficaz das funções educacionais e profissionais, procurando contemplar, portanto, a formação integral discente.

Abstract:
The course conclusion work (TCC) in technical high school is a unique academic opportunity that the student has to develop on a deep topic, which arouses his interest, proposing means, projects, solutions, combining their future professional practice, having scientific knowledge to support and guide their actions, adding this knowledge to the best performance of their professional practice, overcoming the empiricism created about the technical professional. The present work aims to report the pedagogical practice, carried out along the lines of action-research in health education, as part of the development activity of the TCC. Partnership with the Education Secretariat of the Municipality of Dracena and ETEC Profª Carmelina Barbosa, in which the students and professors of the nursing technician were responsible for the content application and technical training in first aid for two hundred and twenty teachers of daycare centers and pre-schools in the municipal education network, totaling 30hrs, divided into 5 meetings, through dramatizations, group dynamics, realistic puppet simulations. As a result, there was 92% of the total attendance by the teachers, reinforced speeches about the importance of this type of training and several teachers' reports of situations in which the teachers performed first aid in children after the knowledge acquired from the training. In view of this, the proposal for a TCC aimed at the needs of the community consolidated in all ways a significant pedagogical practice, with the inevitable importance of transferring the historical role of the figure centered on the teacher to the students being observed, thus, there is the relevance of teacher guidance and monitoring in the development of individual and group capacities in the effective performance of educational and professional functions, seeking, therefore, to contemplate comprehensive student training.
