A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PROFESSOR INSPETOR ESCOLAR NA IDENTIDADE ESCOLAR VAI ALÉM DOS TRÂMITES LEGAIS
Este artigo tem por tema: A importância do Professor de Inspeção Escolar na identidade escolar vai além dos trâmites legais. Neste contexto, o objetivo geral é identificar as atuações que vão além dos trâmites legais e como objetivos específicos, busca-se compreender as atribuições do Professor Inspetor Escolar e apontar experiências exitosas. Assim, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, este artigo busca uma reflexão sobre as atribuições do professor Inspetor Escolar, no sentido de desmistificar a concepção de mero fiscal das ações, pautadas na legislação vigente, dando perspectiva de maior visibilidade da contribuição deste profissional no que tange a qualidade de organização e prestação de serviços da unidade escolar à sua comunidade. É visível o desconhecimento da figura deste profissional pelos professores, como também pela comunidade escolar, por ser característica de sua atuação uma maior interação com o(a) secretário(a) escolar, que é o responsável por toda documentação da escola.

Abstract:
This article has as its theme: The importance of School Inspection Teacher in school identity goes beyond legal procedures. In this context, the general objective is to identify actions that go beyond legal procedures and as specific objectives: to understand the duties of the School Inspector Teacher and to point out successful experiences. This article seeks to reflect on the attributions of the School Inspector teacher, in the sense of demystifying the concept of a mere inspector of actions based on current legislation. In the perspective of greater visibility and contribution regarding the quality of the school unit. The lack of knowledge of the figure of the Educational Inspection teachers, by the teachers, as well as by the school community, is visible, as there is greater interaction between the latter and the school secretary, for being responsible for all the school’s documentation.
