A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PLANO MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE COMO INSTRUMENTO DE PLANEJAMENTO NA GESTÃO DA SAÚDE PÚBLICA MUNICIPAL
O Plano Municipal de Saúde é a base para a execução, acompanhamento e avaliação da gestão do sistema de saúde no âmbito municipal, pois contempla todas as áreas de atenção à saúde, de modo a garantir a integralidade dessa atenção. Neste trabalho, teve-se por objetivo destacar a importância do Plano Municipal de Saúde para a execução, acompanhamento e avaliação da gestão da saúde na esfera municipal. Para tanto, foi utilizado de uma metodologia incluindo pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Constatou que os estudos definem que a análise da situação de saúde envolve primordialmente o conhecimento detalhado das condições de vida proporcionadas pelos diversos municípios em cada região de saúde e das tendências de curto, médio e longo prazo. Concluímos que a construção do plano municipal de saúde deve envolver os profissionais de saúde, as equipes de saúde e os conselheiros municipais de saúde.

Abstract:
The Municipal Health Plan is the basis for the execution, monitoring and evaluation of the management of the health system at the municipal level, as it covers all areas of health care, in order to guarantee the completeness of this care. In this work, the objective was to highlight the importance of the Municipal Health Plan for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health management at the municipal level. For that, it was used a methodology including bibliographic and documentary research. He found that the studies define that the analysis of the health situation involves primarily the detailed knowledge of the living conditions provided by the different municipalities in each health region and of the short, medium and long term trends. We conclude that the construction of the municipal health plan must involve health professionals, health teams and municipal health counselors.
