A IMPORTÂNCIA DO ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO PARA OS ACADÊMICOS DE EFERMAGEM: RELATO DE EXPERIENCIA
O estágio supervisionado de enfermagem é de suma importância para o discente, pois através dele se aprimora suas habilidades para o exercício profissional, capacitando o aluno para as situações divergentes presentes no âmbito de trabalho. Por meio do estágio pode-se observar as dificuldades presentes no decorrer da assistência de enfermagem, exigindo do estudante o desenvolvimento da capacidade de gerenciar sua equipe para prestar um cuidado de qualidade. O objetivo deste estudo é descrever a experiência de acadêmicos de enfermagem no exercício de seu primeiro estágio supervisionado em ambiente hospitalar. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência, realizado no segundo semestre de 2018. Foi realizado atividades de enfermagem em um hospital privado, onde os discentes puderem exercer a enfermagem, sob a supervisão de um professor preceptor. Na oportunidade, puderam levantar o histórico clínico dos pacientes, realizar o exame físico e procedimentos como troca de cateterismo vesical, banho no leito e coleta de material biológico. No início, os acadêmicos sentiram dificuldades por se tratar de sua primeira prática assistencial, porém no decorrer do estágio puderam criar um vínculo com os pacientes, o que lhes propiciou mais segurança na assistência. Logo, o estágio de enfermagem é essencial, pois aproxima o estudante da realidade profissional, pelo qual adentra à rotina de enfermagem, além de aprimorar seu pensamento crítico.

Abstract:
The supervised nursing internship is of paramount importance for the student, because through it their skills for professional practice are improved, enabling the student to the divergent situations present in the work environment. Through the internship, it is possible to observe the difficulties present during the nursing care, requiring the student to develop the ability to manage his team to provide quality care. The aim of this study is to describe the experience of nursing students in the exercise of their first supervised internship in a hospital environment. This is an experience report descriptive study, carried out in the second half of 2018. Nursing activities were carried out in a private hospital, where students can practice nursing, under the supervision of a professor. At the opportunity, they were able to survey the clinical history of the patients, perform the physical examination and procedures such as exchange of bladder catheterization, bed bath and collection of biological material. At first, the academics experienced difficulties because it was their first care practice, but during the internship they were able to create a bond with patients, which provided them with more security in care. Therefore, the nursing internship is essential, as it brings students closer to the professional reality, through which they enter the nursing routine, in addition to improving their critical thinking.
