A IMPORTÂNCIA DAS AÇÕES DO ENFERMEIRO NO INCENTIVO AO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Amamentar vai muito além do que nutrir a criança. É um processo que envolve interação profunda entre mãe e filho, com repercussões significativas ao estado nutricional da criança, em sua habilidade de se defender de infecções, em sua fisiologia e no seu desenvolvimento cognitivo e emocional, e em sua saúde no longo prazo, além de ter implicações positivas à saúde física e psíquica da mãe. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é relatar a experiência de uma acadêmica de enfermagem diante da importância das ações do enfermeiro durante a consulta de enfermagem para prevenção do desmame precoce e promoção do aleitamento materno exclusivo até os 6 meses de vida. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência de uma acadêmica do X Semestre do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Regional do Alto Uruguai e das Missões – Uri Santiago, a partir das aulas práticas referentes a disciplina de Estágio Supervisionado II. As práticas ocorreram Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) localizada em um município de pequeno porte na região Centro Oeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, envolvendo uma puérpera e sua filha com 05 dias de vida. Desenvolvimento: Diante da vivência na consulta de enfermagem, identificou-se a importância do incentivo ao aleitamento materno exclusivo até os 6 meses de vida da criança, levando em consideração todos os benefícios que este traz para saúde da criança promoção de saúde da criança. Não restam dúvidas sobre à importância do aleitamento materno e seus diversos benefícios fornecidos ao bebê. Conclusão: Nessa perspectiva, fica evidente que a literatura e a experiência vivida pela acadêmica destacam o importante papel do enfermeiro como um profissional capaz de evitar o desmame precoce, pois ele pode intervir, aconselhar e promover as técnicas de amamentação em prol da saúde tanto da criança e também da mãe.

Abstract:
Breastfeeding goes far beyond nurturing the child. It is a process that involves deep interaction between mother and child, with significant repercussions on the child's nutritional status, on their ability to defend themselves from infections, on their physiology and on their cognitive and emotional development, and on their long-term health, in addition to have positive implications for the mother's physical and mental health. Objective: The objective of this work is to report the experience of a nursing student in view of the importance of nurses' actions during the nursing consultation to prevent early weaning and promote exclusive breastfeeding up to 6 months of life. Methodology: This is an experience report by an academic from the 10th Semester of the Undergraduate Nursing Course at the Regional University of Alto Uruguai and Missões - Uri Santiago, based on practical classes related to the subject of Supervised Internship II. The practices took place in the Family Health Strategy (FHS) located in a small town in the Midwest region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, involving a puerperal woman and her daughter with 05 days of life. Development: In view of the experience in the nursing consultation, the importance of encouraging exclusive breastfeeding until the child's 6 months of life was identified, taking into account all the benefits it brings to the child's health and promoting the child's health. There is no doubt about the importance of breastfeeding and its various benefits provided to the baby. Conclusion: In this perspective, it is evident that the literature and the experience lived by the academic highlight the important role of the nurse as a professional capable of preventing early weaning, as he can intervene, advise and promote breastfeeding techniques for the health of both child and also the mother.
