A IMPORTÂNCIA DA REDE SECUNDÁRIA NA TERAPIA FAMILIAR E NO PROCESSO DE MUDANÇA PARA AS FAMÍLIAS
Desde 2015, que a equipa do Núcleo de apoio à família e Aconselhamento Parental tem a missão de desenvolver competências parentais positivas junto das famílias da Região Autónoma da Madeira. O papel da terapia familiar é o de mediar a comunicação, formar um suprassistema educativo e criar um contexto de colaboração entre escola-família-comunidade, sendo a rede secundária crucial para o processo de mudança. No que se refere a monitorização e avaliação do impacto da intervenção familiar, aplicou-se o SCORE-15, SOFA- s clientes e terapeutas, após a primeira consulta e no final de forma a tornar possível a monitorização. Pretende-se identificar as mudanças ocorridas na família e nos seus elementos durante o processo terapêutico. O serviço funciona com duas terapeutas familiares em coterapia, duas investigadoras sendo uma terapeuta familiar e supervisora e uma psicóloga. Já foram referenciadas para o núcleo 175 famílias por diversos serviços. Os principais resultados após a intervenção indicam que as famílias identificam o que funciona na sua relação e apontam os objetivos de vida e estratégias para os alcançar. Neste sentido, a intervenção sistémica contempla todos os elementos envolvidos e explica a dinâmica das relações e as suas mudanças e de como estas podem ser sucesso para a mudança do grupo familiar.

Abstract:
Since 2015 the family suport and parental couseling nucleus has had the mission of developing positive parental skills among families in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The role of family therapy revolves arround communication mediation, forming an educational suprasystem and creating a collaborative context between school-family-community, the secondary network being crucial for the change process. Regardind the monitoring and
evaluation of the impact on family intervention, the scales SCORE-15, SOFAS- clients and therapists were applied at the end of the first and last session, in order to monitor the progress made. It is intended to identify wich changes occur in the family as well in its members during the therapeutic process. The service works with two family therapists in co-therapy as investigators, one being a family therapist and supervisor and the other being a psychologist. In total, 175 families have already been referred to the nucleus by various institutions. The main results disclose that the majority of the families are able to identify what works better for them in their relationship and point out life goals and and strategies to achieve them. Therefore, the systemic intervention contemplates all the elements involved, explaining not only the relationships dynamics but also their changes and how they can achieve success, on the change of the family as a whole.
